Enter your Meeting points with location, time and a short comment to your trip.
All Meeting points are displayed with a red marker on the map.

The organizers / teachers …

  • can create their meeting points (with location and time) and add a short comment to each one.
  • can see which participants / pupils are at the respective meeting point.
  • can see which participants / pupils are not at the respective meeting point and where they are.

 

The participants / pupils …

  • can see a list of all meeting points sorted by time.
  • can see all meeting points marked on the map.
  • can call up (external) route planning to the respective meeting point with one click.

Stay areas

Enter your Stay areas with location, time period, radius and a short comment to your trip.
All Stay areas are displayed with a green marker on the map.

The organizers / teachers …

  • can create stay areas (with location, time period and radius) and add a short comment to each one.
  • can see which participants / pupils are at the respective stay area.
  • can see which participants / pupils are not at the respective stay area and where they are.

Enter your Places of interest with location, rating and a short comment to your trip.
All Places of interest are displayed with a blue marker on the map.

  • can create places of interest (with location and rating) and add a short comment to each one.
  • can see which participant / pupil is currently at which place of interest.

 

The participants / pupils …

  • can see a list of all places of interest in alphabetical order.
  • can see all places of interest marked on the map.
  • can call up (external) route planning to the respective place of interest with one click.

Statuses

Define possible statuses for participants / pupils with their respective colors.
All participants / pupils can set their respective status according to your selection and add a short comment.

The organizers / teachers …

  • can create possible statuses and link them to a color.
